  Seoul Korea is a Ghost Town. Not Even Foreign Korean Teachers are Out!

  

  

  

  Seoul is the busiest most packed city I’ve ever seen. Yes, I’ve lived in London, LA (on the grape vine), and in NYC. Seoul is busier. It just is. But today, it’s a total Ghost Town. Not even your standard foreigner english teacher is to be seen roaming the Korean streets.
